Return and Refund Policy

Overview

This is our site wide Return and Refund policy that covers ALL items for sell on our site. Unless otherwise stated for each product, ALL products we sell follow an “All Sales Are Final” Return and Refund policy.

Products that have a differing Return and Refund policy than this one will have their own Return and Refund policy. In these cases you will find a Return and Refund hyperlink on the product page linking to a separate page or document containing the details of that product’s Return and Refund policy.

In the case where we sell or resell a product that’s made by a third party vendor, that vendor may have their own Return and Refund policy. So check with the vendor before purchasing.

We’re committed to providing exceptional customer service and experience. If you have any questions about our Return and Refund policy or want to inquire about a refund EVEN IF the product return is considered “All Sales Are Final” please reach out to support@4lockedoffroad.com. We’ll always try within reason to accommodate your situation on a case by case basis.

Processing Fees, Fees and Charges resulting from the original purchase(s) of the item(s) and the return of the item(s) will not be reimbursed. A non-exhaustive list of the Processing Fees is the Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH processing fees that Stripe (our payment gateway) charges us to process your payment or refund (if applicable). At the time of this writing we use Stripe and is subject to change without notice. A non-exhaustive list additional Fees and Charges that may be deducted from your refund amount are any vendor fees, shipping and packaging costs and a restock fee. If we shared the burden of the payment gateway processing fee by covering the full or a partial amount of the fee for your order we will deduct that amount from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@4lockedoffroad.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All products being returned should use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
